Vision

The Master’s Program in Indonesian Language Education, University of Muhammadiyah Malang, becomes a leading postgraduate program in Indonesian language and literature teaching that can compete and adapt to global changes based on Islamic values.

Missions

1.      Organizing the Master’s Program in Indonesian Language Education in a constructive and innovative way based on Islamic values and supported by implementing information technology with national and global perspectives.

2.      Conducting excellent research in the Indonesian language, literature, and teaching relevant to the local, national, and global society needs.

3.      Providing community services in language, literature, and teaching.

4.      Collaborating with various parties at national and international levels to improve education quality.

5.      Managing the study program to be credible, accountable, responsible, transparent, and fair by prioritizing excellent services.

Objectives

1.         To produce professional graduates in Indonesian language and literature teaching and learning according to the scientific and technological advances and Islamic values.

2.         To produce research and scientific publication on a national and international scale in Indonesian language, literature, and teaching according to the scientific and technological advances.

3.         To provide professional community service in Indonesian language, literature, and teaching according to the scientific and technological advances and the society needs.

4.         To foster collaboration in Indonesian language, literature, and teaching at the national and international levels.
